Having previously provided planning support to the client and secured various planning approvals Pleydell Smithyman were delighted to have involved in the creation of a brand new Restaurant Development. Having secured planning approval, Pleydell Smithyman then worked alongside the client to develop a concept design, offer guidance through tendering, and gaining statutory approvals and providing detailed design and project management to deliver a superb bespoke 220 seat facility known as Meadow Croft Kitchen, subsequently then transforming the previous cafe space into a new and vibrant retail area.
