STOWFIELD QUARRY

Pleydell Smithyman were integral in obtaining a large scale quarry extension for Stowfield Quarry, a regionally important reserve of limestone, located within the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Pleydell Smithyman‘s team worked closely with our client to produce a 3D models, plans and drawings, including phasing plans and soil movements, restoration plans and the production of information to discharge the planning conditions associated with the new permission. We also produced consultation material to successfully enable liaison with local interest groups and residents. Work on the site is currently on-going with ecological surveys and watching briefs.
