PARK FARM QUARRY

Pleydell Smithyman Limited was commissioned by the Stennett Family to undertake an extensive assessment, financial review and performance assessment of their and their partners landholding with specific regard to the St. Edmundsbury Local Development Framework.
This assessment and analysis was then used as the foundation for a strategic masterplan and development strategy for the client’s extensive land holding. This project is an example of our ability to evaluate a current situation against the objectives outlined in a business plan, and explore the opportunities for reiterative and
future improvements. It included extensive evaluation of planning and other local, regional and national policies and objectives.
