WENLOCK EDGE

The National Trust embarked on a major new tourist attraction for the nationally significant landscape of Wenlock Edge. Pleydell Smithyman Limited were commissioned by the National Trust to help realise a new vision for three former limestone quarries. Using our skills as project managers, business planners and environmental designers we worked with the National Trust to develop an exciting business prospect, which incorporates outdoor pursuits such as sailing and mountain biking and museum of quarrying to provide a £5 million regeneration and development partnership package.
