VULCAN WORKS SPORTS CLUB

Pleydell Smithyman were commissioned by Prosurv Consult, on behalf of St Modwen Properties PLC, to produce detailed landscape proposals for a sports club development. This was required as part of a Section 106 obligation to ensure that long standing sports clubs, present on adjacent sites proposed for residential development, would be retained and provided with new facilities, as part of proposals for a single sports development.

Pleydell Smithyman provided designs for a new bowling green, football pitches and associated drainage, MUGA, and strategic tree planting and produced design suites suitable for planning submission, a consultation event (with the sports clubs), and contract documents, on this challenging site.
