PARK FARM, INGHAM

Building on a longstanding landscape consultancy relationship with both the site operators and owners our involvement led to an assessment of future potential uses for this large-scale landscape, focussing on the site’s financial viability. Proposals were developed including a high-end lodge park, a phased landscaping scheme and the exploration of a recreational lake activity. Earthworks and planting proposals on the site are underway to provide a flexible landscape platform and infrastructure for the development’s evolution as a destination landscape. This project provided a long-term future to a landscape which had been shaped by extraction activities, bringing new life and prospective financial gains.
