WYTHENSHAWE PARK

Pleydell Smithyman were the winning Team for the creation of a 10 year Strategic Framework for Manchester City Council's Wythenshawe park. This involved detailed stakeholder an community engagement and through a structure process created a vision for the 244 acre park, supported by a structured masterplan to deliver meaningful change. This was followed by a Commercial Masterplan which identified over 100 projects that could generate income for the park whilst delivering to its values and community.
