HOLYHEAD BREAKWATER COUNTRY PARK

The Isle of Anglesey Council commissioned Pleydell Smithyman to develop an integrated site development plan for this important coastal Country Park.

The plan sought to understand current stakeholder and user perception and provide a site masterplan. The plan set out to provide a framework for the future and enable investment to be made which does not compromise the very essence of Holyhead Breakwater Country Park. The Team managed an engagement process, devised a phased strategy for change and identified sources of income generation to support the maintenance of the park.
