Grant funding is a lifeline to community facilities, the process of building an evidence base to support these applications needs to be structured and comprehensive. Pleydell Smithyman collated baseline information and analysis, as well as stakeholder feedback, we then used this data to develop a management plan, restoration proposals and final cost estimates.
