Our work included a LVIA with associated photowire visualisations to show how the development would comfortably sit within this prominent but awkward site partially located within a conservation area in the centre of a small town. Pleydell Smithyman also created designs for themed communal areas including attractive courtyard gardens with restful sitting areas, water features and mirror pools within areas of lush planting designed to be visually stimulating when viewed both from above as well as at ground level. Our input helped the client to gain planning approval for the project.
