A bold, visually led booklet designed to turn a dense and data-heavy housing report into something far more engaging and accessible.
The design combines strong editorial layouts, clear typographic hierarchy, custom infographics, data visualisation, iconography and graphic illustration to give each spread its own rhythm while keeping the publication visually consistent from start to finish. Key statistics are pulled forward and given space to breathe, helping important messages land quickly without overwhelming the reader.
A restrained colour palette, playful directional graphics and the illustrated urban skyline running throughout the report give the booklet a distinctive personality, while still feeling polished and appropriate for a formal commission publication.
The result is a report that feels clear, contemporary and approachable — using graphic design not just to make the information look good, but to make it easier to navigate, understand and remember.
