For this destination centre between Leeds and Bradford, Pleydell Smithyman devised a financial model for significant growth, prepared the associated masterplan and delivered a strong planning approval. Major changes included a new 1200m2 indoor play facility, plant sales canopy and a 2 storey extension with stunning retail and restaurant spaces.
