Supporting the acquisition of this strategically placed development site south west of Leeds, Pleydell Smithyman worked closely with the client to develop a site masterplan and secure a planning approval on a sensitive green belt site alongside the M62 motorway. The site features extensive parking, indoor and outdoor play as well as the core garden centre, and is a family focused leisure and retail attraction.
