Rosebank sits alongside a number of garden centres in Scotland's picturesque Clyde Valley. To create a stand out business, improve performance and drive growth, Pleydell Smithyman appraised the existing garden centre, established a strategic masterplan, and 'flipped' the business to restructure the whole customer journey from roadside to tills, with a resulting and significant uplift in sales performance.
