Logwood, one of Creative Garden's chain of centres in Northern Ireland provided an opportunity for Pleydell Smithyman to design an effective masterplan to optimise use of the full site to target increased turnover and create a memorable customer experience with an emphasis on space utilisation and customer flow. The proposal includes a major new shop, extensive retail canopies for all weather sales, enhanced parking and servicing.
