FODDER FOOD HALL

Pleydell Smithyman were engaged to analyse and review the existing principles and results for the business at Fodder Food Hall, based at the Yorkshire Agriculture Showground. The scheme involved the detailed design for a new café and retail area, focusing on Yorkshire produce and suppliers. Following completion and agreement of the design, Pleydell Smithyman were instructed to project mange the fit out and tender process, and the refit is due for completion in Spring 2025.
