LAND AT RODMEADOWS

Pleydell Smithyman produced a Landscape and Visual Appraisal for a commercial development at Rod Meadows. The LVA considered the acceptability of the Proposed Development in landscape and visual terms.
This scheme demonstrated our ability to look at the wider impacts of a scheme and successfully reduce these through the careful location of a planted screen bund to mitigate views into the site from an important gateway route into the town and through persistence & our robust solutions. We were able to turn the Council's previous position and gain planning approval.
