Having previously provided planning support to the client and secured various planning approvals Pleydell Smithyman were delighted to be involved in the creation of a brand new Restaurant Development. Having secured planning approval, Pleydell Smithyman then worked alongside the client to develop a concept design, offer guidance through tendering, gain statutory approvals, and provide detailed design and project management to deliver a superb bespoke 220-seat facility known as Meadow Croft Kitchen, subsequently then transforming the previous café space into a new and vibrant retail area.
