Following a major fire which destroyed a large amount of the shop and café at Staverton Nursery, Pleydell Smithyman designed the new farm shop and cafe, detailing and delivering the project to tight timescales to achieve maximum turnover opportunity for the client. Financial projections were supplied as part of this work.
