FREE RANGE HEN SHEDS

Pleydell Smithyman have supported the construction of two 32,000 free range hen sheds, enabling the business to move forward, in line with the farmer's vision for his family's business. Our involvement has covered all elements of the planning process; Landscape and Visual Appraisal, planning applications, plan production, Ecological Assessment, diversion of a footpath, and landscaping proposals. Our integrated, gradual approach, working with Council planners and other consultants enabled a quick and successful pathway for the application through the planning process.
